Cancellation, Refund & Itinery Modifications

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via official email or approved communication channels. Verbal cancellations shall not be considered valid.

Refunds are subject to the cancellation timeline, peak season conditions, and policies of third-party service providers. Certain components including booking service charges, government permits, payment gateway fees, insurance, and customized planning fees are generally non-refundable.

Tripsari reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions, including heavy rainfall or snowfall
• Landslides or road blockages in Himalayan regions
• Government regulations or travel restrictions
• Operational adjustments for safety and efficiency
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond control

Such modifications shall not automatically entitle the client to a full refund. Alternative arrangements may be provided where feasible.

In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, political disturbances, transportation strikes, or regulatory shutdowns, Tripsari shall not be liable for full cash refunds beyond the amount recoverable from service providers. Travel credits or rescheduling options may be offered as alternatives.
