Booking, Payment & Pricing Policy

Tripsari operates as a travel planner, tour organizer, and service coordinator for destinations across Uttarakhand and other regions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from relevant service providers including hotels, transport operators, guides, and activity vendors.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after:

• Receipt of the required advance payment.
• Written confirmation issued by Tripsari via email or official communication channel.

The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeline and strictly before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise approved in writing. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of services without refund of the advance amount.

Prices listed on the website are indicative and may vary due to:

• Seasonal demand and peak pilgrimage periods
• Fuel price fluctuations
• Changes in government taxes or local levies
• Vendor price revisions
• Accommodation upgrades or customization requests

Tripsari reserves the right to revise pricing before booking confirmation. Once confirmed, price changes will not apply unless the client requests modifications.

All payments must be made through authorized banking channels, UPI, or verified payment gateways approved by Tripsari.
